On Friday 18th November, we are upgrading our spam filter engine to improve Reflexion's spam filtering capabilities. This upgrade will give you a better email experience, as we work to eliminate more of the unwanted email from your inbox. External Office 365 email/outlook.com issue has been resolved and all queues are sending and receiving email with no delays. As mentioned prior, this Office 365 and delayed email issue was not a result of Reflexion's internal systems.

Apparently this morning, MX Logic made a change that is causing this issue. They are having major issues with this today; this filter is ahead of their whitelist, so there is no relief for us.
