Hello,
We are currently experiencing a delay in Radar and archived email. Email is processing, but you will see a delay in the ability to view new email through the Radar Portal. At the current time our engineering team anticipates that there could be approximately a 24 hour delay in the ability to see newly archived messages in your RADAR portal.
Keep in mind, this does not have any effect on the flow of regular inbound/outbound email.
Our engineers have identified and resolved the root cause of the delay and continue to proactively work at implementing actions to prevent these type of issues from occurring.
We apologize for the inconvenience the delay has caused our RADAR customers and thank you for your patience.
