Some customers may experience a delay with being able to view messages delivered between 9/10 – 9/12 in their RADAR portal. Our Engineering team is aware and taking steps to index this mail into RADAR as quickly as possible. In some instances, it may take up to several days for all messages to appear in RADAR. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused and rest assured we are always looking at implementing measures to prevent these type of delays from occurring.
