HA_degraded, device is showing faulty

Hi IT Command Center Thank you for reaching out to the Sophos community team. The device that is showing faulty are you able to PING or SSH from the local LAN?

Thank you for reaching out to the community, there are mainly three reasons HA state going faulty state:

-link monitoring failure
-Missing keepalive reqeust 
-Appliance rebooted 

HA ports are showing connected in the Firewall, checked in the cli as well

Hi IT Command Center Thanks for the update, If no changes are done, the state of HA has been changed automatically and the basic settings review has already been done by you, I would suggest logging a support case to review the situation and logs to confirm more.
