The Sophos SMS Mobile Notification Service is a free of charge service that provides proactive SMS alerting for Sophos products and Sophos Central services. You’re immediately prompted in the event an issue arises, so you’ll know exactly what’s going on, what the impact is, and how to fix it.
Just sign up for the service and select the products for which you would like to receive alerts. You will then receive instant notifications on technical issues or product updates.
The SMS message will contain the product name and a link to a knowledge base article on our support pages where you can find more detail.

Notifications are classified into three levels: Low Severity, High Severity and Product updates.
There are three regions to choose for: EMEA, APAC and Americas.
To inform you about local issues, check your region. Notifications are sent to all regions unless Sophos detects that only a specific region is affected.
This setting is being used for all products unrelated to Sophos Central.
Note: The Sophos Central region is the database center that was originally specified to host the Sophos Central account. Alerts sent for Sophos Central are specific to the regional database center(s) that are affected.
