A fix has been deployed and the Phish Threat Outlook plugin is able to receive and consume messages. The report feature is now handling submissions normally.
Regards,
We are facing this issue now. Already logged a ticket with SOPHOS - Case 03027121.
No update provided by the team.
Hello Sophos User2493,
I have left a note in the case for the engineer to follow-up with you.
We are also facing this issue now. I had put in a post "No longer getting copies of reported phishing messages" and looking back on it today I see this topic applies (the subject/title kind of convoluted).
Hello Mitch,
Thank you for contacting Sophos Support.
I have followed-up in the thread you have created.
Thanks for that followup, Emmanuel ... the fix seems to have resolved the issue I was seeing, which makes sense because it did sound like it was the same. I'm now seeing copies of emails submitted to Sophos as phishing.
