Phish Threat Outlook plugin reporting non-campaign emails are failing to send
Applies to the following Sophos product(s) and version(s) Phish Threat
Reporting non-campaign emails (ie spam or actual phishing emails) through the Phish Threat Report Message add-on are not being delivered to the configured administrators.
The dialog messages from the end-user will show as the message was successfully reported.
A bounce back with the following error may be returned:

May 28th, 2020: as of around 21:00UTC a fix has been deployed and reporting functions have resumed working correctly.
