  • Hi  ,

You will need to create a User (Self Service Portal) or Administrator from any Sophos Central Admin Portal, this will create the Sophos ID.

If you are a Sophos Partner, I'd suggest creating a new customer account within Sophos Central Partner, followed by a Super Admin/Admin on the new account.
