Endpoint Agent - Installation

there was a problem a few days ago, it is impossible to install the agent.

    Hi Vladimir,

    Please post the installation error log file which automatically pops up when the installation fails.

    Also, refer the guide here.

    HI

    i dont have error which automatically pops up when the installation fails.

    The Installation is in a position infinitely....

    It slim version.

    In The full version installation, I have the same

    file log:

     

    and file iconn

    there is no more slim or full package.

    update your firewall to latest firmware 9.407-3.

    then download the endpoint installation package from your firewall under Endpoint / Computer Management / Deploy agent. 

    dont rename this install-file, will not work then.
