Who faced with the same problem?
or is it just me?

Vladimir, what does Sophos Support have to say about this?  I don't think I'm alone in not wanting to watch a 15-minute video unless I'm getting paid for it. [;)]

Do not say anything.
Why Sophos gives a trial version?
the client has the opportunity to want to examine the system, right?
if there is a problem in the system and not by the customer, the manufacturer should solve it!
Otherwise, why buy something that does not work ?
If the problem would be by me, I am willing to pay for it.
But apparently, the problem in sophos side.

Please post the installation error log file which automatically pops up when the installation fails.

Also, refer the guide here.

Allow us some time to replicate the issue . Also Could you please send via Private message, the Bootstrap logs from Temp folder by going to RUN "%temp%". and any other log files relevant to Sophos

there is no more slim or full package.

update your firewall to latest firmware 9.407-3.

then download the endpoint installation package from your firewall under Endpoint / Computer Management / Deploy agent. 

dont rename this install-file, will not work then.
