I'm having issues with my Sophos Mobile Admin Page, I believe someone changed the permissions of the main account, limiting to only API access, and I can't seem to find how to contact the support via email. Clicking on the Support Portal in the top Menu Group brings me back to the main Sophos sales page, trying to register brings me to a page that indicates that my Registry Request has been received but I don't type anything in, so I'm not sure how Sophos has received anything. I am dealing with the same issue. No agents are available for chat and my direct emails have been rejected.

What is the browser you are using? Chat support is available from M - F. If you’re trying to access during regular business hours, and you see "agent Offline" please open an incognito window as sometimes plugins will block chats status update.
