it would be very cool, when the ftp server hostname is displayed here.

 

when migrated to new support portal, i had to guess..

    Hi Yanik,

    i quess right in this moment, but a hint (additional the link to kb) in this window could help lots of other people.

    you click on "create credentials" and then you must search for a knowledgebase article to find this small textstring?

    No good ticket creation experience :-P
