We want to configure port 2 OR 3 as LAN in command to access web interface port 1 is dead

Question

we have reinstalled the firmware for the firewall. and port 1 is not working it was damaged. we are trying to configure port 2 or 3 as LAN via the command line 
 When we try to use interface configuration it is not allowing us to configure port 2 , we can only configure port 1 
 
 Is there another way to configure other ports in command

 Can you try to create an interface by doing the following command in the Advanced shell 
 #ifconfig Port1 IPAddress netmask 255.255.255.0 up

Good day 
 Thank you for your concern, we managed to escalate the issue, and it was resolved 
 Following steps were taken today to resolve the issue. 
 
 Tried restarting the Tomcat and Apache services with no success. 
 We were unable to access the firewall via the console cable. Captured a TCP dump on port 4444 and observed that a 3-way handshake was happening. 
 However, we encountered an error while accessing the GUI: 'Access is forbidden to the requested page.' 
 Generated the access ID of the firewall through SSH and successfully accessed it after resetting the password. 
 The client is now also able to access the firewall GUI. The backup has been restored on the firewall.
