Thank you for your concern, we managed to escalate the issue, and it was resolved

Following steps were taken today to resolve the issue.
 

• Tried restarting the Tomcat and Apache services with no success.
• We were unable to access the firewall via the console cable. Captured a TCP dump on port 4444 and observed that a 3-way handshake was happening.
• However, we encountered an error while accessing the GUI: 'Access is forbidden to the requested page.'
• Generated the access ID of the firewall through SSH and successfully accessed it after resetting the password.
• The client is now also able to access the firewall GUI. The backup has been restored on the firewall.
