Sync AD users to Sophos firewall

How to solve this problem I've been added all groups but not any user

  • Hi  Can you please share your current firmware version? In the past we observed such an issue where the group name has an apostrophe (') failing an import with the same error as per your shared error snapshot and an issue is fixed with version 19.0.2 MR2 and 19.5.0 onwards, please check your current firmware is latest one and if not then upgrade and confirm the results and if the firmware version is latest but still error is there then please share the request logs to  as per previous comment to provide your suspected observations from those logs.
