[Sophos Notification] Advisory: Sophos XG Firewall - Issues registering with Sophos Central

Hey, 

I experienced the same problem. 

Sophos Support said that i should try registering the XG using Incognito Mode. 

[Update - 8/18/2019 7pm EDT]

An update was released, and we are seeing successful Sophos XG Firewall registrations with Sophos Central now.

Any users still experiencing issues related to XG and Central registration are requested to contact support and reference this article for further investigation.

Will test later and respond.

I am also not able to register my Sophos XG 115 with Sophos Central. He is currently on v18 and, after entering the account data, after a few moments the message in red appears saying that the operation has expired. I had already registered the appliance at another time, but now I can't.

Follows the image of the error and also the Chrome console recording errors in the application.

The error suggests that it might be the issue with the Sophos Central credentials.

I tried to replicate the issue in my LAB and I was able to register the firewall to the central without any issue. 

Please try to login to the central account with the same account detail to make sure you are able to login the central.

Please use central admin account credentials to register firewall with the central.

the credentials were correct, I had already verified that. So much so that I logged into Sophos Central and other Sophos services with the same credentials.

However, it worked!
Something happened in this interval, because, I tried a little while ago, and a new notification appeared in yellow (which I did not pay attention to getting the content), but on the Chome console appeared "Central Synchronization Registration failed Device is already registered with Sophos Central". After that, I went to check it out at Central and the firewall was there!
