Hi,

This has been raised to our internal team and was able to observe that there is a bug in our policy related to the system app which leads to this.

It's been observed that it works only for the Device Owner though - not for the work profile. Our team is currently looking to it. Please raise a case ID and share it with us.

I opened a ticket with Sophos support last Friday. I have to do some tests and forward the logs for analysis. I will of course share Support's feedback with the community.

Can you share with me the case through DM so that I can put notes on it? Our internal team was still working on the solution to this issue and internal JIRA has been raised already for this.

I received 2 replies from the French support team.

Latest answer: A new version of the Sophos Mobile Control app should fix this issue and should be available soon (next week at the latest)

First answer: mobile phones must be enrolled with the QR Code generated in the "QR Code registration" tab of the "Settings> Configuration> Google configuration" menu. The downside to this method is that you need to have the end user's Self Service Portal login information. See articles below from Sophos Help for more information about this method :

With this method, I enrolled a new device in Android enterprise full device mode. All system & Samsung Apps are present

Hi All,

 We got an update from our internal team related to this issue which is being described here.

Our team is currently in the process of testing the fix of the issue which is planned to perform a staged release externally beginning of next week.

any update on this ?
