Doing a spot check to see if anyone else is experiencing email delays.
This problem has never gotten better. We experienced yesterday's outage (Claimed to be fixed, but still seeing the issue).
We also got a report from our CFO that an encrypted email took 2 weeks to release. Still investigation with Sophos, but symptoms present in an identical way to all of our other email delivery delays. Trying to identify how widespread that issue is.
Our case was opened on 05/19/2022 and it still has not been resolved, in fact we can barely get anyone to talk to us.
Have talked to the Director over the product line to discuss our difficulties and have observed 0 improvement since.
