Doing a spot check to see if anyone else is experiencing email delays.
Yes, have been for more than a weekIt's sporadic, but when it is happening all messages have a 5-20 minute delay.
Case open with support and getting nowhere, claiming that they are not seeing a problem.
Thank you for letting me know, Steve. We're having multiple hour delays as of today and experienced the same issue as you in the past 2 weeks. Getting nowhere with our case as well. We've seen this in the past and it was an issue internal to Sophos. Email headers are showing the delay with Sophos as of right now.
Got off with support. It looks like it was a global issue for multiple customers. My emails are now flowing through successfully.
Still waiting on hold myself.
Did they say if this would be the root cause of the delays over the past couple of weeks, or just an issue that was specific to today?

This problem has never gotten better. We experienced yesterday's outage (Claimed to be fixed, but still seeing the issue).We also got a report from our CFO that an encrypted email took 2 weeks to release. Still investigation with Sophos, but symptoms present in an identical way to all of our other email delivery delays. Trying to identify how widespread that issue is.
Our case was opened on 05/19/2022 and it still has not been resolved, in fact we can barely get anyone to talk to us.
Have talked to the Director over the product line to discuss our difficulties and have observed 0 improvement since.
