I can't clean up a PUA threat

Our school has the Sophos Cloud Endpoint Protection Advanced.

Recently one Mac OS High Sierra user got a PUA warning on his laptop. It says the file got quarantined. I went ahead to clean it up but it keeps popping up. I tried to clean it up through the Sophos cloud admin console and that did not help either. The following is the location of the files,

I deleted the folder com.apple.Documents and the pop up still came back and this folder show up again. I clicked the link that Sophos tells me from the admin console and ended up with the following but there is no specific instruction on how to clean it up on a Mac.

Appreciate any help. Thanks much!

  • Please expand on this. What do you mean by a Custom Scan...which will do what?

If Sophos is unable to remove Malware...what is a Custom Scan going to accomplish??

So far I have had about 4 Malware threats, and Sophos has NOT been able to do a anything for all 4. (Win7) Manual removal only.

Thats what I used to do before we had "Malware" protection from Sophos. Now that I have Sophos....I still have to remove them manually.
