Sophos can't detect kNAEedoP file

I'm facing with an issue which some PCs contain kNAEedoP file, which is an executable file, but Sophos Can't Detect it and delete it.

Hi Hassan Amiri,

The quickest and most efficient method of submitting samples for analysis is to use the online submission form from the Technical Support contact page. Please refer How to submit samples of suspicious files to Sophos to submit the suspicious file and PM the submission email ID so that I can follow it up from my end.
