Web Control does not block drive.google.com

I wonder what could have gone worng with the policy in your case. I just tried to recreate it my lab and I was able to successfully block the google drive site. Let me check with the above-mentioned case and have it followed up internally. 

If you:

Close your browsers down

Stop the "Sophos Web Intelligence Service".

Delete: "C:\ProgramData\Sophos\Web Intelligence\sxl3_cache.dat"

Start the "Sophos Web Intelligence Service"

Visit drive.google.com before google.com. Maybe even add drive.google.com as the initial startup page does it get blocked?

Can you please provide us the Debug logs as requested by the engineer from a couple of machines?

Now google drive & google docs are blocked.

Atul, what did you manage to do to get this working for you?

I have currently blocked google drive and doc's they are blocked in firefox/edge etc however not in chrome.

Any pointers would be helpful.
