Hi there,

The sender address "[***@mccranns.com]" is blocked using the domains uri.vir1.sophosxl.com and uri.cal1.sophosxl.com.

554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Sender address [***@mccranns.com] blocked using uri.vir1.sophosxl.com
554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Sender address [***@mccranns.com] blocked using uri.cal1.sophosxl.com

Can you whitelist or unblock the email address or domain name mccranns.com in the email server or security system?

    To confirm, do you use any Sophos solutions like Sophos Firewall, Sophos Email and this domain (mccranss) being blocked and you wish to whitelist it on your end? or do you wish to whitelist the said domain on Sophos solution protected networks as this domain keeps getting blocked?

    Hi Raphael,

    We are using the Gmail service to send emails. And unfortunately, our emails are bouncing back with the error as follows

    554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Sender address [***@mccranns.com] blocked using uri.vir1.sophosxl.com

    Could you please whitelist our domain mccranns.com from your end?
