To confirm, do you use any Sophos solutions like Sophos Firewall, Sophos Email and this domain (mccranss) being blocked and you wish to whitelist it on your end? or do you wish to whitelist the said domain on Sophos solution protected networks as this domain keeps getting blocked?

We are using gmail service to send emails. But the emails are getting bounced back with the following error:

554 5.7.1 Service unavailable; Sender address [*****@mccranns.com] blocked using uri.vir1.sophosxl.com

Could you please whitelist our domain mccranns.com from your end?

You may need to submit a request to Sophos Labs https://support.sophos.com/support/s/article/KB-000033422?language=en_US  not-spam@labs.sophos.com for you to request your domain to be unblocked and misrouted as FP
