Hello Sophos Community. I just want to ask if this is normal? I have already inputted the product key for the renewal of standard protection bundle. But nothings happen to the expiration date. And I've tried to input again the product key, now I got an error saying "can't verify the key". Can someone help me with this matter. Thank you.

Which method did you use to activate your license? From the appliance or MySophos?

After you have entered the key, make sure you are clicking the "Synchronize" bottom, if after that the license is still not reflecting the correct expiration date, please reach out to Customer Care for them to confirm if your new license is valid before the start date.
