License Renewal | XG310

Hello Sophos Community. I just want to ask if this is normal? I have already inputted the product key for the renewal of standard protection bundle. But nothings happen to the expiration date. And I've tried to input again the product key, now I got an error saying "can't verify the key". Can someone help me with this matter.
