I don't know how to reach support to report this. but I got billed 120$ from my credit card which I haven't done or bought anything from Sophos. this is the first time.
I just have an old Sophos Home account which I checked and had no subscription.
I even created this Sophos ID now to post this.
Any help plz :(

I would suggest calling our Customer Care team and they may be able to assist and see if there are any open accounts or licenses tied to you. You can find your local number by selecting your region under Critical Cases: Support Page
To add on, since you mentioned you had signed up for Sophos Home before:
Here is a KBA with information on finding your current subscription details. As mentioned in the KBA:
To find your current subscription details, either check your emails for your Sophos Home order (the email comes from no-reply@cleverbridge.com), or use the Purchase lookup tool to re-send the email.
If you're unable to find a subscription for any Sophos products, you can always challenge your bank for the charge if you believe it to be fraudulent.

I have tried all of my emails in the lookup tool but didn't find any purchase linked.
Thank you I have contacted Cleverbridge support. And they helped and assisted me in refunding the amount.
