Unable to log into support portal after registration.

Back in febuary I registred for an account on the support portal, got the confirmation em,ail that I was setup, but when I try to go and login, the page always sends me to the registration form. If I then fill out the form again, I get a warning saying I'm already registered so please login via the login page.

I can't because it takes me right back to the registration form.

I really need this working because I have a problem with Sophos Central Endpoint Clients that despite having a global exclusion for an app, and appearing to update, still triggers the exploit prevention and the only way to disable it it to turn off tamper protection and disable exploit prevention, then the app runs fine. That's not a fix, just a proof that the exploit prevention can be disabled, but the global exclusion I created doesn't work.
