Overview over all tickets in the company.

Hello,

wer are a midsize company with 500+ users and 5-6 administrators/operators. I'd like to organize the Support Portal in a way that every administrator can access the tickets of every other administrator (if possible r/w if not only w).

Which is the main sophos ID?

    Hi Bernd,

    All Support Portal users for your company can access all cases created by/for any user of yours. Cases tab shows all open cases and if you go to Account, click on the account name and go to the Related tab, you will see all cases there.
