I entered a case over a half hour ago. I have not yet received an email with the case number.

There doesn't appear to be a problem with email notifications, I am guessing this is caused by a setup from your end.
I trust you can access the case on the portal though.

Indeed, Secil - our UTM instance in AWS had to be rebooted.
