The issue has been resolved. The cause was related to a recent system update performed by our vendor, which has since been rolled back.

Customers and Partners are now able to login to the Support Portal. Any users that are still affected are advised to clear their browser cache.

We have received reports of users experiencing issues logging into the Sophos Support portal. 

Our IT team is actively investigating with our vendor to resolve this issue.

In the meantime, customers and partners requiring immediate assistance should contact the Support Hotline (1-888-SOPHOS-9).
