The issue has been resolved. The root cause was related to recent system maintenance, which has now been completed. 

Customers and Partners are now able to log in to the Support Portal normally. Any users still affected are advised to use the regional phone numbers on the Support Portal Homepage linked below.


Sophos has received reports of customers and partners experiencing intermittent Support Portal login issues. Our team is actively working to resolve this.
