APX 320 not updating firmware and still restarting

hello,

i want to ask about APX 320. We have 13 pieces of this machine. 12 from them i update, pair with XG and they are runing fine. But one of them after connected to net, like 12 before, it still restarting. i tried to connect via console (picture1). there is problem with kernel image.

do I have to complain about the device to the seller? is there a possible setting to fix the problem?

  • hello,

thanks for reaction, i used flash tool as u said. But when i follow the instruction, there is little problem. After connected apx via cable, then run tool (FW disable), the tool found my APX. When showed info (picture2) about APX, then tool shutdown after 1-2 sec and i couldnt pres FLASH button.

    thanks
