Does SSL inspection analyses WebSocket traffic?

Question

Hello there, 
 I have a customer who may want to buy a Sophos Firewall with the main reason of using it as a Web Proxy Server. 
 Unfortunately I could not find information regarding WebSocket traffic inspection. My guts tell me that the SFOS will inspect this kind of traffic too, but I would need a confirmation. 
 Is there any official documentation that says this explicitly? 
 Thank you 
 PS: Currently on SFOS v20.0.2.

Hi ff9394611 , Thank you for reaching out to the community, websocket traffic inspection in proxy mode will be a feature request as of now - OWP-I-743. Where as DPI mode lets Websocket traffic pass without problems. Additionally you can refer - Sophos Firewall: Web filtering basics & HTTPS decrypt and scan FAQ .
