So which page do I go to then? That's the page I got linked to in the only email I got.

Back to the start. What is the version of software that you applied for, please post a screenshot?

If I click Download I get redirected to this

That is correct then you fill in the mandatory fields (company is not mandatory), tick the box, then what is the next form?

Then it says "your account needs additional verification, we will contact you in an email" and then the "Sales Order Hold" email is the one that got sent, which then led me to that link for the partner page.

thank you for the update. Country should not be an issue. Perhaps there is a problem with your email account and the way it is seen by Sophos. I don't think you willreceive an email being a home user and will have to wait until a Sophos employee reviews this thread.

If you’re using the same email address that you’re using to access the community for the registration of Sophos Firewall Home, I would recommend you give it a try using a different public address, such as one from Google.

Yeah, that did the trick but I'd still look into why it sees Tutanota emails as ones it should send partner compliance forms to.
