Hello, I followed the links to get the firewall, got sent a serial number via email, but when I tried to download the ISO I got sent out to the trade compliance form, which then required additional verification which I can't perform because the link supplied in the email seems to redirect me to some MS Office login page? Not exactly sure what credentials I am supposed to put in there.
