xfrm interface not showing in GUI when tunnel is created

Hi, Erick, Thank you, But as you can see I have nothing on the interface.

In v21.0 there is an XFRM sorter for Interfaces. 

Could you check on the CLI for ifconfig --> if the XFRM was created or not? 

By the way: Is the interface up / green? 

The Port is up and the XFRM isn't created. only the two active. 

My only suggestion here is: Update to V20.0 MR2, try a reboot or try to recreate the tunnel again. 

update I done before I create the tunnel. I have reboot the cluster twice and recreate the tunnel now 4 times. :( 

Hi Alexander Neugebauer , please DM the access-id of SFOS box where you see this issue, we will take a look at it. Have you upgraded the SFOS from some release to latest version or you just loaded an SFOS build and ran into this issue when IPsec tunnel is created?

Hi Sreenivasulu Naidu, Sorry for the late response. Thank you for the offer. The customer would like me to open a ticket with Sophos and we will deal with this directly with support. We have extended Sophos support.
