Hello community,
since installation of Windows Updates
- "KB5041580" (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/august-13-2024-kb5041580-os-builds-19044-4780-and-19045-4780-2ef55b0d-bb01-41c8-8629-4146929792ad) on Windows 10 22H2 and
- "KB5041585" (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/august-13-2024-kb5041585-os-builds-22621-4037-and-22631-4037-76655cde-e2ee-49d4-a415-cf9a4d3c3a04) on Windows 11 22H2 or 22H3
the Sophos Connect client (v2.3.0.0506) shows "Service not available".
None of the KB articles (restart service etc.) help just uninstall and reinstall of the Sophos Connect application solves the problem.
Microsoft does not tell anything about this issue yet, do you have similar experiences?
