Hi,
I need to upgrade 210 firmware from 18.5.2 MR-2 to 20. The firewall is showing two available firmwares:
1. SFOS 19.5.4 MR4-Build718
2. SFOS 20.0.1 MR1-Build342
When I try to upgrade to 19.5, it shows an error. What path I can follow to upgrade it?

On Upgrade information page, you have table which provides information about it. As per that, your device can be upgraded to v20 MR 1.
Also, refer to the v19.5.4 MR 4 as below, which does not seems to be supported:
