Upgrade from SFOS 18.5.2 MR-2-Build380 to SFOS 19.5.4 MR4-Build718

Hi,

I need to upgrade 210 firmware from 18.5.2 MR-2 to 20. The firewall is showing two available firmwares:

1. SFOS 19.5.4 MR4-Build718

2. SFOS 20.0.1 MR1-Build342

When I try to upgrade to 19.5, it shows an error. What path I can follow to upgrade it?
