Thank you for reaching out to the community, you can refer - Troubleshoot error: Can't connect to the registration service.
fsck-on-nextboot
on the device console.If neither resolves the issue, proceed with the steps below:
cd /content/licensing
ls
lic_ csr.key and lic_csr.pem
. rm – rf
