does your ISP/rSP have open connections, maybe they run CGNAT which is blocking your access?

fsck-on-nextboot
on the device console.If neither resolves the issue, proceed with the steps below:
cd /content/licensing
ls
lic_ csr.key and lic_csr.pem
. rm – rf
