Can't download SSL VPN Config file: Failed to download file

I can't download any user's SSL VPN config file:

I checked a lot of topics regarding this issue, however, no solution yet. 

I have checked the /tmp folder, diskspace is not filled up

I replaced the appliance cert, no solution

Any thoughts on this issue?

  • Hi   Please try restarting the VPN portal service once if that helps to fix the reported issue.

    Non HA setup command:

    # service vpnportal:restart -ds nosync

    If you are having an HA setup below command can be used:

    # service vpnportal:restart -ds sync

    If the above action doesn't help please ensure the default CA details are filled up and not blank and if the CA details are proper and the status is the same then would suggest opening a support case to check further on this. If a support case is already open please share the case number to review its progress and to add the required notes over it.
