XGS2100 Base License not subscribed

Hi, 
 
 I got two XGS 2100's where the base license is not subscribed, All other license are activated, not the Base. 
 This gives me all kinds of routing and nat issues.

Need help soon.

Yes, currently the Base license will start on License Subscription date (in 5 days). Sophos will change this behavior in the future - until then, you can do two things: wait or create a customer care case to get this fixed.
