serial number in azure marketplace pay as you go

If you use Pay as you go, it should automatically skip the wizard and go to the webadmin. 
In the webadmin, you will find your serialnumber on top of the screen. 

Thank you for the prompt reply to my question. That is what I had expected as well but all I see is a build number and a 15 digit alpha numeric. So when we needed to create a support ticket, and I spoke to support folks and shared the 15 digit alpha numeric, they said it is not serial number. Serial number should start with a letter and mine starts with a number 

if I go to the about product page. The same 15 digit alpha numeric is there but as a Model, not serial number 

Oh yeah, that is true. Microsoft generates those Serial Numbers for you. 
If support is denying your service, this looks to me like a issue in the procees.

thank you for your response. I tried to register for the support portal and my registration was denied because the serial number is not valid. 

out of this conversation if I can get help to successfully register for support portal, that I believe would be the best outcome of this thread.

Can you confirm the email address you used, when you purchased the subscription from Azure?

I believe the team member that originally purchased may no longer be with the team. I will try to find out in my organization. Do you think its possible to communicate privately on this issue now. 

Further investigation, I am not sure if the email would ever be associated to provisioning. It is in an Azure subscription. So anyone who has permissions to provision in the subscription can provision. I don't think it ever asks for an email.
