serial number in azure marketplace pay as you go

Hi there, 

I purchased a sophos firewall instance from azure firewall. https://azuremarketplace.microsoft.com/en-us/marketplace/apps/sophos.sophos-xg-firewall-solution?tab=overview

Where can I find the serial number?

    If you use Pay as you go, it should automatically skip the wizard and go to the webadmin. 
    In the webadmin, you will find your serialnumber on top of the screen.

    Thank you for the prompt reply to my question. That is what I had expected as well but all I see is a build number and a 15 digit alpha numeric. So when we needed to create a support ticket, and I spoke to support folks and shared the 15 digit alpha numeric, they said it is not serial number. Serial number should start with a letter and mine starts with a number Disappointed

    if I go to the about product page. The same 15 digit alpha numeric is there but as a Model, not serial number Disappointed

    Oh yeah, that is true. Microsoft generates those Serial Numbers for you. 
    If support is denying your service, this looks to me like a issue in the procees. 

       Could we follow up here?
