Hearbeat (?) message customisation

Does this happen to all users from changing to wired to wireless connectivity just with a specific/few user/s? Could you also share the Firewall rule for the wireless network? Also, could you share the results of Log Viewer for this traffic?

Not an answer to the original question, but additional info from another customer on Raphael's question.

This happens a lot and is the main reason why we are only very sparingly using HB in firewall rules.
We see this happen a lot when people have their laptops in sleep mode and resume from that.

We would definately use this much more often if there weren't so many blocked actions.

I'm aware of the fact of the situation of the firewall rules themselves and the condition that the heartbeat requires. The question is: Is there a way a can change that message so the user does not get confused?

On the firewall You can send notification messages for the following events: Use messages to notify users and issue administrative alerts. You can send messages of up to 256 characters to one or more users. so it does not offer complete customization of what you are looking for.

• Authentication: Sign-in and sign-out confirmation, sign-in failure and disconnection
• SMTP: Blocked and received emails
• Administration: Disclaimer for admin sign-in
• SMS customization: You can include the following dynamic attributes in the message

Yes yes, I knew about these in the Administration options, and also on the Web -> User Notifications options also.

But I did not find anything related to the message I attached on the post. Is it "hardwired" to the Heartbeat mechanism it self and not able to be changed?

yes that's a limitation.
