Sophos xg 330 web console blank white screen

Build version : SFOS 19.5.3 MR-3-Build652

We can't access the web console, the screen just stays white. We can't connect via Sophos central either.

Hi Remi Bergeron Thanks for sharing the update as it is fixed with the help of Tomcat restart, can you please share the below output from your XG shell prompt for my reference?

#cat /log/tomcat.log | grep -i "maximum number" | wc -l

Hi Remi Bergeron If the above command output is giving a count of more than 0 then it indicates it is impacted by the issue

The above is already fixed in V19.5.4 MR-4 and an upgrade to the same will fix the issue and V19.5.4 is already released.
