how to install authentication agent on android

Vivek Jagad you missed the part where he said he couldn't install.  I had the same issue.

So, something is wrong with the app.

mulah  I was able to get around this by going to the Google Play Store on my computer and installing it to my phone from there. No clue why this pushed it down correctly when the phone itself wouldn't allow it. Go figure.

Hi mulah For devices running Android, this is any version of Android with an API level greater than 31, the Sophos Network Agent will not be available for download on those devices.  Also, Sophos Network Agent declared End of life last year around 14 Jun.

so I suspect your Android 13 has an API level greater than 31 and due to that you are not getting the download option.
