XG 20.0 update not showing up / invalid mail on EULA check for downloads

Thank you for reaching out to the community, yes you can upgrade to v20 directly from  19.5.1 MR1 278.

Do I need to install 19.5.3 as a step in-between? 
No.

You can also log a service request with the customer care team.

Additionally you can also download from the central, which you can find out the steps here: Sophos Firewall v20 is Now Available  OR refer: Download firmware from Sophos Central.

I've tried a different mail adress - that did work. Still wondering why the other doesn't. 

What could be the reason for my XG106 not showing the 20.0-update on it's Admin->Firmware-Tab?

I'm remote-managing the appliance, so uploading a firmware from my local files will most certainly not work.

p.s.: I just noticed that this appliance has only a basic license. Firmware popup says that I've got two free updates left. I'd guess that means updates in the 19.x range, and excludes a major release change like 20.0. right?

Hey FBue  that's right refer = Support subscription.

Starting with version 19.0 MR1, you must have a support subscription for unlimited firmware upgrades. Without a support subscription, you're allowed three free firmware upgrades that include upgrading to general availability (GA), maintenance release (MR), and early access program (EAP) releases of Sophos Firewall.

After completing each free upgrade, the web admin console shows a message indicating the number of remaining free upgrades. After completing three upgrades, a support subscription is required, whether upgrading using the web admin console or SFLoader. Without a support subscription, you can download the firmware but can't install it.

A support subscription is only required if you're moving to another firmware version. It isn't required for the following:

• Pattern updates
• Hotfixes
• Reimaging the hardware, virtual, and software appliances of Sophos Firewall
• Mandatory firmware upgrades

• Assistant firmware upgrades
  
  NOTE: A support subscription isn't required when moving to version 19.0 MR1. It becomes applicable when moving from version 19.0 MR1 or later versions to another version.

Hm.  So this isn't the solution either. 

The counter shows two free updates and 20.0 is a GA release, so it should be covered, shouldn't it?
